Creating a password lets you log back in to modify your registration, and speeds up your next registration.

Please note, unique email addresses are not required for each member of your family; however having a unique email address assigned to each attendee will ensure access to the full convention experience. Each registered email will be able to log into the on-site app, or log into the convention website to view their personal agenda, engage on our social wall, etc. If you are registering additional people in your group, please remember to share the individual passwords you are creating so they can get immediate access to our app.

Cancellation & Payment Policy

Non-Refundable. Registrations are not refundable for any reason, including without limitation, lack of participation in the convention or individual events, failure to attend due to illness, acts of God, travel-related problems, acts of terrorism, public health emergencies or alerts, and/or duplicate purchases. 

Changes to Registration. Any changes to your registration may only be made by contacting us at chicagoramallahconvention@gmail.com.

Responsible Party. Regardless of the situation, it is the responsibility of the primary registrant (first person in a group) to pay any balance associated with the entire group (the "additional people").

Payment Policy. All major credit cards are accepted, as well as payment via check. Check payments must be received within 30 days of online registration or before checking in for the convention, whichever is sooner.
