How do I book under the Convention rates? 

Once you've completed your registration, you'll receive an email confirmation. That email confirmation will contain a link for you to book your hotel room. If you did not receive the email confirmation please check your spam, junk or quarantine folder. 

All hotel guests must be registered for the convention.

How do I book at the second hotel?

Cabs from the Airport

The cab line at O'Hare and Midway Airports are for city cabs. They can take you to the hotel, however it will be 2-3x the cost. 

Your best option for traveling by cab is to book through a suburban cab company. 

We recommend using American Taxi. After arriving and collecting your bags you can call 847-673-1000; a cab # will be assigned to you and will usually arrive within 10 minutes. You can book in advance to ensure faster service. 

Rideshare from the Airport

If traveling into O'Hare Airport, Rideshares can only pick up at Terminal 2. You may need to walk with your bags (Terminal 1 is mostly United Airlines; Terminal 2 is mostly Delta; and Terminal 3 is mostly American Airlines)

Rideshares out of Midway are easier to access.

There are two train stations near the Hotel - neither of these are viable options for to/from either airport, but they can take you into Downtown Chicago. 

Union Pacific West Line (Lombard Metra Station, 4 miles from the hotel) will take you into Ogilvie Station. 

BNSF Line (Downers Grove Station, 5 miles from the hotel) will take you into Union Station.

This is an outdoor shopping center located 3.3 miles from the hotel. The 3 anchor stores are Macy's, Neiman Marcus, and Nordstrom.
