If you're interested in an in-kind donation, please reach out to us, we're happy to work with you to develop a sponsorship package that works for your business. In-kind donations can be physical property or services. In-kind donations will generally be accepted from individuals, partnerships, corporations, foundations, government agencies, or other entities.

Assaf Concert Seating Chart (w/ added tables)

For Gold Sponsorship, you'll be able to purchase (1) "Sponsor RSVP'd" table. The table will seat 10 guests total. Your guests must be properly registered for the Convention to be eligible to attend the concert. Please instruct your guests not to purchase the Assaf concert - it will be added on the back end.  

For Sapphire & Diamond Sponsorship, your sponsorship comes with 1 "Sponsor RSVP'd" table, for up to 10 guests, at no additional cost. Your guests must be properly registered for the Convention to be eligible to attend the concert. Please instruct your guests not to purchase the Assaf concert - it will be added on the back end.  

For Title Sponsorship, your sponsorship comes with 2 "Sponsor RSVP'd" tables, for up to 20 guests total, at no additional cost. Your guests must be properly registered for the Convention to be eligible to attend the concert. Please instruct your guests not to purchase the Assaf concert - it will be added on the back end.  

The "Sponsor RSVP'd" tables are limited in quantity as indicated above on a first come first serve basis.

For Gold Sponsorship or higher (> $10,000) you will be receive preferred banquet seating (1 table for up to 10 guests). You will have a sponsor table assigned to you, where you and up to 9 guests can be seated - all guests must be registered for the convention with banquet night. Please instruct your guests to select "Sponsor RSVP" when making their Friday Night seating arrangements, and we'll work with you to ensure those guests are assigned to your table.
